Bringing Family & Friends Together during a Global Pandemic.

Updated: Dec 22, 2021

While social distancing and restrictions on travel and large gatherings have forced many couples to postpone their wedding celebrations, some are still choosing to marry and invite guests to witness their union from the comfort and safety of their own homes via live video streams.

Camesha and Ro were one of our 2020 couples that we had the wonderful pleasure of working with to plan their dream wedding. Now we all know that 2020 has not been kind and with Covid-19 on the rise and ongoing restrictions our plans for an outdoor wedding overlooking lake Ontario were now halted completely.

And like many engaged couples Camesha and Ro were not going to let a global pandemic or social distance requirements prevent them from moving forward with their big day. Together we developed a new vision for the wedding of their dreams.

With just two weeks before the wedding we worked with our couple to find a new location and assist in coming up with a new plan for the day. The wedding would now take place inside an indoor event space with a much smaller guest list and plans for an outdoor reception under the night sky with music, speeches and dancing would now become a private dinner with the newlyweds and their immediate family only. Again due to government rules and restrictions.

Despite all of the challenges that were in our way the day turned out absolutely beautiful and the couple were able to enjoy the day with all of their family and friends.

How you ask? Well for Rovonn and Camesha it was extremely important for them to still have their family and friends witness this special union. The very talented groom Rovonn, a director/videographer/photographer specialist put his thinking cap on and dressed in his wedding best, he arrived to the ceremony site early with cameras and tripods ready for set up around the room. He created a beautiful experience for all of their guests to watch via livestream and take part in their wedding day and with that Dream Streams was created.

Camesha and Ro are passionate about what they do and they want to help couples connect with those they love and help other couples out who still want to enjoy their wedding day with all their guests and family there to witness the momentous occasion.

With Dream Stream they strive to provide a quality live stream wedding experience that can be downloaded, watched over and over again and cherished for a lifetime.

We are so excited for Camesha and Ro's new business venture, not only because it is an extremely timely and useful service, but because we know that many of our couples and couples out there will consider this as a great option when planning their wedding day.

Go check out the Dream Team and head over to their website to learn more and see how it all works.
